Every application submitted online will be reviewed by our hiring staff. Completed applications are reviewed by human resources staff and the supervisor for the open position. Phone interviews are conducted with qualified applicants, followed by in-person interviews with the top candidates. Employment will be subject to a thorough review of personal and professional references, background checks and a drug test.

Orphan’s Heart has approximately 7 U.S.-based staff, 3 international staff, and a number of partners that we work with overseas. There are 165 total employees across all of our campuses. Included in this number are about 50 house parents and 25 social workers.
